General Conditions of Sale


Unless otherwise agreed by Ultra Lift, prices quoted exclude any form of package. They are established based on the volume or duration specified in the contract, according to our rates in effect at the time of contract conclusion.

  • The service time is calculated from the moment our team arrives at the intervention site. Our timer starts only at that moment.
  • Any moving involving stairs may incur additional costs.
  • You must ensure a parking space under penalty of fine.
  • Your belongings are generally packed in the form of blankets, but bubble wrap and other types of protection are available for an additional fee.
  • Ultra Lift reserves the right to accept or refuse the assembly and/or disassembly of defective furniture or for any other reason.


Ultra Lift is authorized to subcontract the contract, in whole or in part, to subcontractors. It is important to note that the Business Mover remains responsible for the execution of the contract by its subcontractors to the same extent as it would be itself.


  • Ultra Lift does not accept responsibility for damages caused by client requests, such as standing on fragile or glass balconies.
  • If the client does not choose a complete package with packing service, Ultra Lift will not be responsible for damages to furniture.
  • The client acknowledges and accepts that by choosing a moving package without packing/unpacking services or by choosing to actively participate in the move, they assume responsibility for any potential damage to goods during the move.


  • "RC Damage" insurance is included in all our services, and only covers damages caused by our personnel.
  • Specific insurance according to your needs is also available.
  • If the client does not handle the packing of their furniture, or does not choose the packing option, under no circumstances will this furniture be insured, and we decline all liability in case of damage.
  • The client is responsible for insuring transported items against all other risks.
  • The client must declare any valuable items before the estimate, so our team can assess the risks, and we agree to perform the transport. Any failure in this regard releases us from any liability in case of damage.
  • The company reserves the right to document photographically or by video the condition of the goods before the move in order to have evidence in case of dispute over the condition of the goods.
  • The company declines all liability for damages caused by the client or their relatives during the move, except in cases of blatant negligence by the company.


Unless otherwise stipulated by Ultra Lift, payment in cash or by bank cards will be made on the same day as the move and in any case no later than the end of the services. Otherwise, the Client must make the payment by bank transfer or via a secure payment link (online), mentioning the invoice number. In the event of non-payment on the due date, the client is automatically liable for reminder fees amounting to 18€ excluding VAT per reminder.


If an advance payment has been agreed upon, the Client accepts the estimate by paying the advance payment within the agreed upon timeframe. For international moves, the total price of the move must be paid in advance, no later than one (1) week before the scheduled date of the move. An order can only be validly placed and result in an agreement if the Client has timely paid the agreed upon advance.


In case of cancellation made within 48 hours prior to the service date, the client will be charged 25% of the reserved package, with a minimum of 60€ excluding VAT. Any change of date after 72 hours before the moving date will be charged at 15% of the reserved package, with a minimum of 60€ excluding VAT.

All refunds are issued in the form of a voucher.


If the client reserves our services for a specific duration, for example, 8 hours of work, but the move is completed in less time, no refund will be made. We reserve and block time for each client based on their reservation, and this does not change even if the move is completed faster than expected.


  • You are entitled to one trip, but the option of a larger truck is available for an additional fee.
  • If you own a piano, an aquarium, or an item of very high value, it is imperative to inform us before the move.
  • In case of obstacles such as a tree in front of the window or a bus stop, please inform us before the move.
  • If the client does not reserve the necessary spaces for the smooth progress of the move, they will have to pay 50% of the reserved package, with a minimum of 60€ excluding VAT.
  • The client can change the date free of charge up to 3 days before the service date. Any changes after this period will be charged at 15% of the reserved package, with a minimum of 60€ excluding VAT.
  • The client is required to inform us in writing or by photo of any obstacles that could obstruct the installation of our furniture lift, such as a tree, a bus stop, a tram, or a narrow road. Additionally, the client must inform us of the availability of adequate space in front of the house, the absence of a garden, or the presence of poles too close to the facade.
  • If the client chooses an hourly package, they are required to pay for additional hours.
  • To avoid any surprises, the client is encouraged to book a package with a fixed price.
  • Ultra Lift reserves the right to refuse to remove defective Goods. Defective Goods are those that the Business Mover can reasonably assume that handling and/or transporting these Goods will more than likely result in (additional) damage.


In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these general terms and conditions of sale, only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
